Chicken Roulade recipe by Zurayda

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken mince
• 1 onion chopped up and water removed
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon grinded black pepper
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• Green chillie to taste
• 4 slices brown bread cut up in the food processor
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• Green Chutney Mash Potato
• Green dhania (coriander)( coriander)
• Handfull mint leaves
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin)powder
• Add this mixture to the mash potatoes.
• Potatoe Crisp
