Chicken Roulade recipe by Faadila Naveed Ahmad

Ingredients

• 500g chicken mince
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 7 green chillies
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 mashed potatoes
• Add mashed potato in the middle.
• 4 tablespoon butter
• 4 tablespoon.lemon juice
• 4 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon chilli flakes
• 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• ¼ teaspoon salt
