Ingredients

• 1 Pot of JD Seasonings fajita
• 3 Chicken breasts, all fat removed and cut into chunks
• 8 Bacon rashers, all fat removed and cut into small pieces
• 1 Red onion, sliced
• 1 Red pepper, deseeded and sliced
• 1 Green pepper, deseeded and sliced
• 400ml passata
• 400ml Veg stock
• 200ml water (add a little more if needed)
• 400g Penne pasta, uncooked
• 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
• 100g Red Leicester Cheese, grated
• Low calorie cooking spray
