• 2 tbsp spice mixture for Birnbrot (pastry with dried pear filling)
• 2 tbsp decorating sugar
• 1 ¼ dl milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg whites
• 100 g butter
• 1 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 pears
• 2 ½ tbsp birnel (pear syrup)
• 1 ½ tsp salt
