Ingredients

• 4 orange & yellow sweet peppers (Woolworths/Checkers)
• 2 large tomatoes
• 4 baby gem squash
• 1 medium brinjal
• 1 onion
• 1 teaspoon ground garlic
• 1 tablespoon Robertson's veggie seasoning
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 500g Pasta of choice
• 2 baby gem squash
• 1 red onion
• 2 sweet yellow
