Maple Pecan Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

• For the Dough:
• 4-½ to 5 cups all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 2 packets (4-½ teaspoons total) Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1-½ cups water
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 large egg,
• For the Maple Pecan Filling:
• ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans,
• For the Maple Icing:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
• 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon water to thin (if desired)
