Ingredients
- 1 c. room temperature butter
- 1 ½ c. white sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- ½ tbsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp. almond extract
- 1 ½ c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. almond flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 egg, beaten and set aside for an egg wash before baking
- ¼ c. natural slivered almonds
