Ingredients

• For the dressing:1/4 cup balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• Salt and pepper
• 1 package of sugar snap peas
• 2 hearts of lettuce, cleaned and separated into leaves
• 6 small radishes, thinly sliced
• 150 grams of feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
• ¼ cup cranberries
• ¼ cup of halved pecans
