Sri Lankan Fish Buns

• 1 can of mackerel (425g)
• 2 tsp chili flakes
• 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• salt to your taste
• 450 g all purpose flour
• 245 g lukewarm milk
• 1 Egg
• 22 g sugar
• 20 g butter
• 7 g instant dry yeast
• 9 g salt
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp milk
