Ingredients

• 400 g Beef mince
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 ½ tbsp Hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 2 tsp Dark soy sauce
• ½ tsp Five spice powder
• Vegetable oil
• 4 Eggs beaten
• 2 spring Onions finely chopped
• ½ Cucumber thinly sliced
• 4 Cos lettuce leaves
• 4 tbsp Peanuts roasted and chopped
• 2 tbsp Peanut butter
• 2 ½ tbsp Llight soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1 clove Garlic minced
• ⅓ cup Millet flour or fine cornmeal
• ⅓ cup White flour
• 1 tsp Corn starch
• ¾ cup Water
