- 2 carrots chopped ( i used 2 handfulls of frozen)
- 100g swede chopped (i used 2 handfulls of frozen)
- 400g tin tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped/diced
- 1/4tsp cinnoman
- some finly choppedrosemary leafs
- 200ml stock (any)
- 1kg mash potatoes (sweet or white)
