Pumpkin Pie Thumbprint Cookies - The Weary Chef

Ingredients

• 4 oz. butter softened
• 2 oz. cream cheese softened (I used reduced fat)
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 3/4 c. all purpose flour I used spelt flour
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 c. canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
• dash of ground cloves
