There's nothing like homemade lasagne! Layered with beef mince, creamy bechamel and golden cheese, this is one of our favourite winter meals.

- 2 x 410g tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 tbsp origanum
