• 3/4 cup apple juice
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 3 tbsp pomegranate juice
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 3 tbsp mirin
• 14 oz canned crushed tomatoes
• 1 oz parsley
• salt
• pepper
• olive oil (for frying)
