• Kosher salt

• 3/4 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 2" pieces
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3/4 cup half and half
• 1 8-oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Citrus Oregano balsamic
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
• 1 cucumber, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
• 1 -2 teaspoons Fustini's Parmesan spice blend
• chopped fresh parsley, for serving
