- 1 1,5 kg fresh or frozen octopus
- 500 gr pasta
- 1 big or 2 med chopped red onions
- 1 cup red wine
- 5-4 spoonful virgin olive oil
- 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
- 400-450 gr fresh chopped tomatoes or tin
- 1 spoonful tomato paste
- Black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon (if you wish)
- Parsley chopped for serving decoration
