Apple Snack Cake - Upper Arlington Public Library

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 4 egg whites (beaten)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cup tart apples, peeled and finely chopped ( peeled and finely chopped)
• 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans (toasted and chopped)
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon sugar
