• ¼ cup olive oil

• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• 6 slices, or more, fresh jalapeno
• CILANTRO MAYO
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup plain yogurt
• 1 tbsp Be a Kitchen Hero Red Guitar Mexican Seasoning, or your favourite Mexican seasoning, or chili powder
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
• 1 tsp finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
• GUACAMOLE
• 2 ripe avocadoes
• 2 tbsp chopped red onion, or more to taste
• 2 tbsp lime juice, to taste
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
• Salt, to taste
• QUICK PICKLED TOMATOES
