• Drizzle of vegetable oil
• 1 can Maesri Brand Massaman curry paste, 4 oz
• 400 ml can coconut milk, Chaokoh Brand
• 2 tbsp. cane sugar
• 1 cup potatoes of choice, cut in 1” cubes
• 1 cup carrots, rough chopped 1”
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 large onion, large diced
• 1.5 cup water
• 2 tbsp. fish sauce
• Jasmine rice
• Peanuts
• Cilantro
