  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Firewood Soy Paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Dong He White Sesame Oil
  • 1Tbsp. grapeseed or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. finely grated peeled ginger
  • 1 tsp. rice wine
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground white pepper (optional)
  • 1 large egg
