- 6 oz jumbo pasta shells (we used about 19 shells)
- 1 cup Westby Creamery cottage cheese (about half a 16 oz. container)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup Westby Creamery grated parmesan
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 24 oz jar of pasta sauce of choice (we used marinara)
- Fresh basil to garnish
