Sweetcorn and Potato Chowder

Ingredients

• 1 Onion Chopped
• 1 Garlic cloves Crushed
• 1 Medium Potato Chopped
• 2 Celery Stalks Sliced
• 1 Green pepper Seeded and Halved
• 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
• 1 1/4 cups Milk
• 1 Can Lima Beans Do Not Drain
• 1 Can Sweet Corn Do Not Drain
• Salt and Pepper To Taste
• 1 Pinch Sage
