These carpaccio rolls are easy to prepare and are packed with flavour thanks to a filling of grilled courgette and sun-dried tomatoes. An easy, festive snack.

- 100 grams of carpaccio
- handful of rocket
- 1 courgette
- small handful of pine nuts
- small handful of grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- salt and pepper to taste
