Ingredients

• 1 whole head garlic, roasted
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 medium shallot finely diced
• 1 – 14 ounce can, water pack artichokes drained ½ teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon chilli paste 2.0 (optional)
• 1 – 14 ounce can Italian Cannellini beans, drained
• 1 – 4 ounce package Boursin cheese
• 1 teaspoon fresh grated lemon zest
• Roast the garlic, cool, peel and set aside
