Ingredients

• 1kg, potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
• 500g, butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks
• 50g, butter, plus a little extra to add to the potatoes
• 2, large leeks, split lengthways, then sliced
• 50g, plain flour
• 500ml, milk
• 100g, peas, fresh or frozen
• 180g, cod fillet, cut into large chunks
• 180g, smoked haddock fillet, cut into large chunks
• 100g, cooked peeled prawns
• 1 tbsp, fresh parsley, chopped
• to taste, salt and freshly ground black pepper
