Cheddar Beer Crust Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 6-8 Tbsp amber lager
• 2 tbs melted butter
• 7 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
• 16 oz amber ale
• 1 lemons, juiced
• 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp corn starch
