Shrub Spiked Soup – Urban Pharm

Ingredients

• 2 pears, peeled, cored, and diced
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
• A splash of your favorite Urban Pharm Shrub
• Fresh thyme for garnish
