White chocolate cranberry orange blondies recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
• 12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (light or dark...I used light)
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• zest of one large orange
• 1 cup white chocolate chips or white chocolate bar cut into chunks
• 2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
