Sausage Kale Soup - Watchcity

Ingredients

• 1 package (1-1.5 lbs sweet Italian sausage, removed from casing)
• 1 yellow onion diced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 2 48 oz cans chicken broth (or fill with 96 oz water and 10-12 bouillion cubes)
• 1 lb carrots, peeled and coined
• 1 can white cannellini beans
• 1 bag of kale
• salt & pepper to taste
