• 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
• 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) allspice, ground
• 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
• 2 cup(s) whole milk
• 1/2 cup(s) raisins
• 3/4 cup(s) chopped pecans, or any kind of nut you prefer (i used a 1/2 can of mixed nuts i had leftover) worked great
• 1 can(s) 15 ounce fruit coctail, with juice
• 8 cup(s) stale poor boy bread, broken into pieces
• ## RUM SAUCE
• 2 cup(s) evaporated milk
• 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
• 3/4 cup(s) capt. morgan spice rum
• 3 tablespoon(s) butter
• - pinch of salt
