Ingredients: Place measured liquids into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing, then add the rest.; Mix for ± 2 minutes on slow speed and 5 minutes on medium speed using the flat beater.; Scale off 275g batter into a greased BUNDT tins.; Mix the Inclusions together, then using a piping bag with round nozzle, pipe 100g inclusion all around in the centre.; Cover the Inclusion with another 275g of Muffin Batter.; Bake at 180c for ± 45 minutes.
