• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 Cup onion finely chopped
• 4 Cloves garlic minced
• 1 Package Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
• 16 Ounces tomato sauce
• 14.5 Ounces canned diced tomatoes
• 1/2 Teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
• Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
• 3/4 Cup heavy cream
• 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
• Fresh basil leaves chopped for serving (optional)
• Parmesan cheese grated for serving
