• 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorn
• 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
• 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 piece onion chopped
• 2 pieces tomato chopped
• 1 piece siling labuyo sliced
• 1 piece siling panigang sliced
• 2 tablespoons Bagoong Alamang
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 cup Pork Stock
• 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
