Ingredients

• ½ cup almond milk
• 1 large onion
• 1/2 cup GF bread crumbs
• 2 eggs (extra-large)
• 1 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt
• 2 pounds 85% lean ground beef (Preferably grass-fed & organic)
• ¼ cup ghee or avocado oil (plus extra if needed to fry the second batch)
• 3 quarts Tomato Sauce
