Ingredients

• 800gm white beans (cooked canneloni)
• 2 cups cream
• 1 large brown onion, peeled and roughly chopped
• 1 glove garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
• 2 leeks (white part only), roughly chopped
• 1 tspn sea salt
• 40g butter
• 1 chorizo sausage
• Freshly cracked pepper to taste
• Flat leaf parsley to serve
• Olive oil to serve
