Ingredients

• For the crust:
• 5 cups all purpose flour (plus some for rolling dough)
• 2 1 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 5 sticks unsalted butter (cut into cubes and chilled)
• 1 2 cup cold water
• For the filling:
• 3 4 cup light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 8 teaspoon kosher salt
• 6 cups Harry & David® Oregold® Peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)
• 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
