- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Penne Pasta (enough for 6 servings)
- 4 Chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
- 1pkg of Kraft Shredded cheese (380g bag)
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
- 1 plum tomato
- 1 tbsp dried basil leaves
- ½ tbsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- taco seasoning (enough to coat the chicken)
- salt + pepper to taste
