Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 medium white onion, diced
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1 packet Riega® Taco Seasoning
• 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
• 10-12 medium sized flour tortillas (fajita size is perfect), or 8 large
• 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup chili powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 cups chicken stock
• Salt to taste
