• 1 ½ to 2 cups of all-purpose flour, or gluten free flour (you can also use 1 cup chickpea flour + 1/2 cup tapioca starch)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 brown onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 6 tomatoes, roughly chopped
• Handful of pitted olives
