• 120 g coconut milk
• 200 g tofu (firm)
• 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
• 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 100 g noodles
• 0.5 handful fresh coriander
• 1 x chili
• 1 x spring onion
• 1 x carrot
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
