Binda & Chicken Fillets recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 kg cut up binda braised in little oil to burn off the stickyness
• Add 1 onion finely sliced
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• As soon as it changes colour add
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• Add 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• ½ teaspoon garum masala
• 1 full teaspoon Dhana jeera mix
• 1 teaspoon salt
• add 3- 4 grated tomatoes
• add a bit of water so u have a slight
• Add the fried Binda (okra)
• Adjust your salts etc
