Ingredients

• -1 ½ cups chicken cubes
• -approx 25 binda (wash, cut, fry in oil, drain and keep aside)
• -½ onion (sliced)
• -whole jeeru (cumin)
• -curry leaves
• -1 ½ small plum tomatoes(grated) or the equivalent in passata
• -1 ¼ teaspoon salt
• - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• -½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• -½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
• - 1 ¼ teaspoon garlic paste
• -finely chopped coriander
• -oil
• -1 medium potato cut in cubes
