• 2 tsp of instant yeast
• 1 ¾ cups of whole milk (room temp.)
• 11 tbsps unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup of granulated sugar
• 2 ¼ tsps of ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp of ground Allspice (optional)
• ¼ tsp of ground Cardamom (optional)
• 1 large whole egg
• 2 oz of water
