• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp (10mL) vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup (75mL) semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/3 cup (75mL) candied citron
• 1/8 tsp (.6mL) ground cinnamon
• 1 2/3 cup (400mL) all purpose flour
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup (62.5mL) shortening
• 1/4 cup (62.5mL) butter
• 1/4 tsp (1mL) baking powder
• 1/2 tsp (2mL) salt
• 2 tbsp (30mL) sugar
