• 1 cup + 2 tbsp (for ganache) Coconut Milk
• 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Instant Coffee Granules
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Almond Extract (Alternative: Omit if you prefer not to use it)
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Whipping Cream
• 2 tbsp Sugar (for frosting) (Alternative: Powdered sugar for a smoother frosting)
