• 6 Medjool dates
• 150 g plain greek yoghurt
• 7 shallots
• 2 garlic cloves
• ½ bunch peppermint
• 1 organic lemons
• 8 chicken thighs
• olive oil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 200 g basmati rice
• 1 dl chicken bouillon
• 150 g green lentils
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp curry powder
• ¾ tsp ground cumin
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 ½ dl white wine
