Orechiette with Italian Sausage and Broccoli

- 1 head broccoli (trimmed and cut into bite-size rosettes)
- 1 pound orecchiette pasta
- 2 tablespoons water
- 5 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 pound Italian Turkey Sausage (cut into quarter-inch slices)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs ((use coarse, seasoned breadcrumbs; toasted), toasted)
- parmesan cheese (for garnish)
