Celeriac Soup

Ingredients

• 1 celeriac, peeled and chunked
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 bulbs of garlic crushed
• 1 leek, sliced. If you don’t have any leeks, then use another onion.
• 1 litre vegetable stock
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
