Ingredients

• 8 oz. angel hair
• 2 portions salmon fillets (about 3/4 lb total)
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1-2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
• 1/2 cup white wine
• juice of 1 lemon
• 2 Tablespoons capers
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• salt (pepper)
• fresh parsley (dill)
