Ingredients

• 500g beef mince
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbs milk
• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tsp McKenzie's Minced Garlic
• 1 tbs Italian herbs

• 2 tbs grated parmesan
• 2 tbs fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 2 tbs Olive oil
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 celery sticks, diced
• 1 medium carrot, peeled & diced
• 1 leek, finely sliced
• 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
• 1 pack McKenzie's Cannellini Beans in Tetra Pak
• 1 cup Orzo (risoni)
• 4 cups chicken stock
• 1 cup water
• 200g can crushed tomatoes
• Juice of half a lemon
• 100g baby spinach
• Pinch of McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt
• Pinch of McKenzie's Ground Black Pepper
